Using segment level sync allows you to narrow down exactly which accounts and contacts you want to sync to your CRM / DWH — whether it's only syncing records you plan to distribute or those you consider the highest fit. Any segment you create can be independently synced.
You can sync the data from the segment directly to your CRM (or webhook) by clicking “Sync”. This performs a one-off sync to the selected integration.
You can enable automatic sync for each segment by toggling on the “Auto Sync” option before starting the sync. Unlike your main account settings, turning on auto-sync here will only apply to the specific segment you selected.
Both the "Auto Sync" and "Only sync records in the following segments" modes in Connectors Settings need to be enabled for segment level auto-sync to work.
You can also control which segments are synced globally in the Connectors Settings by enabling the "Only sync records in the following segments" mode and listing segments using the dropdown. This setting is only available to Admin users.
